How soon will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous US.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes and cancellations can be made within 1 hour of purchase. Contact our support team with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached. Start a return from your account or by contacting support.

How do exchanges work?

Size exchanges are free. Simply return the original item and we will ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier — you don’t have to wait for it to arrive back at our warehouse.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog’s neck, chest and back length with a soft tape measure and check our Size Guide. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for harnesses and apparel.

Are Ruffweer-style products adjustable?

Most of our harnesses, collars and boots feature multiple adjustment points so one size can cover a wide range of fits. Check the product page for the specific adjustment range.

Product Care

How do I wash apparel and boot liners?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry low, or iron. For harnesses and leashes, hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then air dry.

My dog chewed the product — is it covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage from chewing or misuse. That said, reach out to support — we stand behind our gear and will help find a fair solution.
