Return Window

You may return any unused, unworn product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@ruffweer.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address
3. Carefully package the items in their original packaging
4. Ship the items back to us
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm the items are in their original condition, we will:

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we’re happy to exchange. Please note:

• You will be responsible for shipping costs on exchanges
• The new item will be shipped once we receive and process your return

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
